Body Listening with Experiments

Experimenting with exercise, food, and water may lessen the power of some health problems. When you feel better, pay attention to what you recently changed in your lifestyle. That's listening to your body.

In order to target your experiments toward improvement in a specific area, try something different, notice which muscles activate with which experiment, and stay aware of changes that might happen in distant parts of the body also. Listening to your body is an exercise in understanding cause and effect. Even the tiniest or most incremental experiment has its effect; look for it.

In the presence of these warnings, especially when chronic or recurring, you could look for some exercise, food, or water change that will help. Your body may be calling for it.
